Remember the huge heat wave last year in Los Angeles? For those who forgot, it was…extremely hot! One of those weekends, one of my lovely couples hosted their gorgeous wedding here at Rancho Las Lomas. Despite the heat, the cool refreshments kept coming which made the day rather comfortable for everyone. Either way, the abundance of laughter and boys that fooled around made the day really enjoyable even when the temperature reached over 100 degrees!
Laura and Adrian each started off their morning in their separate quarters and relaxed during their preparations and makeup session. Words cannot explain how beautiful Laura looked in her wedding dress with a complimenting bird cage to complete the outfit. As for Adrian and the boys, they may look rough with all the tattoos, but they looked rather dashing once they suited up with their ties perfectly done. Before their wedding ceremony, Rancho Las Lomas was vacant for a couple hours before their guests arrived. This gave Laura and Adrian the opportunity to have a private moment to share with each other after their “first glance.” Afterward, we ran around with their party all over the venue for their wedding photography session. The dresses, suits, and venue were so vibrant that all the photos came out picture perfect!
Before the wedding ceremony commenced, Laura and Adrian hosted a quick tea ceremony to honor Laura’s side of the family and Vietnamese tradition. A few tears were shed during this intimate moment and it was wonderful. With a few more hugs that were passed around, their intimate tea ceremony wrapped up and everyone gathered together for the next wedding ceremony where all their guests patiently waited. When Laura walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her and everyone’s smile were from cheek to cheek. The wedding ceremony was short and sweet with a few more tears and laughter in between. Once all the ceremonies were done, everyone partied on throughout the rest of the night during the reception. Throughout the night, one important person after another took up the microphone and shared a few words of wisdom coupled with a handful of embarrassing stories.
Sit back, relax, and get comfortable. I tried to narrow down the wedding photos to a handful of highlights, but there were too many special moments that took place from this wedding. This is going to be a long one!

Hello there, Geoff. What a photo bomber on the side.
Laura’s makeup artist was kind enough to lend us her makeup kit for the following photo with the wedding rings! I definitely dig the different shade of colors.
Why so gangster, ladies? One minor miscalculation for Laura’s hair was that she forgot that her hairstyle did not fit in that traditional Vietnamese wedding hat! She was a great sport and wore it sideways.
…behind the scene of the bridesmaids horsing around!
Aweseome wedding details!
Congratulations again to the both of you, Laura and Adrian. It was an absolute pleasure to be your wedding photographers here at beautiful Rancho Las Lomas.
